Magenta Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--Magenta Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel medicines to bring the curative power of bone marrow transplant to more patients, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,666,667 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of approximately $100,000,000. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,000,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on June 21, 2018 under the symbol “MGTA.” The offering is expected to close on June 25, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.

J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Cowen are acting as joint book running managers for the offering. Wedbush PacGrow is acting as lead manager for the offering.
